when lots of text is pasted in with line wrapping enabled the side numbers for lines does not readjust properly.

Missing pastes should not return a 404 but should display a "Paste ID not found" message on the main UI

QA passed on palette-dev (image sha256:8520c79... = CI dev build of merge commit 269acf1). /nonexistent-paste-xyz and /foo/bar/baz return HTTP 404 with the main UI and the 'Paste ID not found'…
