Audit pill-class elements: .slug uses --radius (10px, rounded rect) while .badge, .tag, .toast use --radius-sm (999px full pill). All pills (slug, badge, tag, toast, URL column links) should use --radius-sm for a consistent full-pill shape. The URL column slug pill currently renders as a rounded rectangle, inconsistent with the language badge pills next to it.
